Return of Documents, Data and Records Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, whether by expiration, cancellation, or otherwise, Contractor agrees to promptly deliver to a proper Company representative all data, documents, and other records which relate to the business activities of Company, and all other Materials and badges which are the property of Company.
