Return of Documents Upon termination of. the Executive's employment, the Executive shall forthwith deliver to the Company all plans, designs, drawings, specifications, listings, manuals, records, notebooks, and similar repositories of or containing Confidential Information, including all copies, then in the Executive's possession or control, whether prepared by the Executive or others. Upon such termination the Executive shall retain no copies of any such documents.
