Return of Escrow Deposit. In all cases other than a termination of this Agreement by Seller as described in Section 10.5, which shall result in the payment of the Escrow Deposit Fund to Seller (or Seller’s designee) in accordance with Section 10.5 hereof, the Escrow Deposit Fund shall be released to Buyer upon a termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
