Common use of Return of Funds Deposited for Redemption of Converted Securities Clause in Contracts

Return of Funds Deposited for Redemption of Converted Securities. Any funds which at any time shall have been deposited by the Company or on its behalf with the Trustee or any Paying Agent for the purpose of paying the principal of and interest, if any, on any of the Securities and which shall not be required for such purposes because of the conversion of such Securities, as provided in this Indenture, shall forthwith after such conversion be repaid to the Company by the Trustee or such Paying Agent. ---------- This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.
