Return of Funds to the Company. Upon any request by the Company following the release of the Transaction Liens in accordance with Section 5.07(b), the Collateral Agent shall direct the Depository Bank to, and the Depository Bank shall promptly pay, transfer and deliver to or to the order of the Company all moneys, investments, and other property held in, or credited to, the Pledged Accounts, in each case, in accordance with the instructions of the Company and at the Company’s expense.
