Return of Limited Partners’ Capital Contributions. Except to the extent that a Limited Partner shall have the right to withdraw capital in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, no Limited Partner shall have any right to demand the return of his capital contribution or any profits added thereto, except upon dissolution and termination of the Partnership. In no event shall a Limited Partner be entitled to demand or receive property other than cash.
