Common use of Return of Material Clause in Contracts

Return of Material. Upon termination of employment with Company, and regardless of the reason for such termination, or upon the Company’s request, Employee will leave with, or promptly return to Company and its customers all documents, records, notebooks, magnetic tapes, disks, computers, network hardware, and other materials, including all copies in his possession or control which contain Confidential Information of Company and its customers and prospects or any other information concerning Company and its customers, prospects, products, services or customers, whether prepared by the Employee or others, including, without limitation, Company Materials and Developments.

Upon termination of employment with CompanyCorporation, and regardless of the reason for such termination, or upon the CompanyCorporation’s request, Employee will leave with, or promptly return to Company Corporation and its customers all documents, records, notebooks, magnetic tapes, disks, computers, network hardware, and other materials, including all copies in his his/her possession or control which contain Confidential Information of Company Corporation and its customers and prospects or any other information concerning Company Corporation and its customers, prospects, products, services or customers, whether prepared by the Employee or others, including, without limitation, Company Corporation Materials and Developments.
