Return of Materials; Confidential Information. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, each party will promptly return all Confidential Information of the other party that it has received pursuant to this Agreement, provided however that Manufacturer is allowed to keep one copy of such Confidential Information for archival purposes only. Manufacturer will also promptly return all RADIUS Materials, RADIUS Equipment, retained samples, data, reports and other property, information and/or know-how in recorded form that was provided by RADIUS, or developed in the performance of the Services, that are owned by or licensed to RADIUS.
