Return of Materials Subject to Confidentiality Agreements. As promptly as practicable after the date of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable confidentiality agreements, the Company will request that any Person that holds confidential information provided by or on behalf of the Company during the two years prior to the date of this Agreement under a confidentiality agreement entered into in connection with a possible acquisition of the Company or a significant portion of its or any of its material Subsidiaries’ assets (other than through sales in the ordinary course of business) promptly return to the Company or destroy such confidential information.
