Return of OSH Property. All documents and other property that relate to the business of OSH or any OSH Affiliate are the exclusive property of OSH, even if Executive authored or created them. Executive agrees to return all such documents and tangible property to OSH upon termination of employment or at such earlier time as OSH may request Executive to do so.
