Common use of Return of Payments Clause in Contracts

Return of Payments. Upon the occurrence of any event deemed to be a default by Purchaser hereunder, all payments previously made by Purchaser to Seller or the Title Company hereunder shall be forthwith paid to Seller by the Title Company on receipt of written notice from Seller that Purchaser has defaulted under this Agreement, which written notice need not be accompanied by any other document or consent of any other party hereto. If such sums are to be paid to Seller in accordance with this Section 10.1(c), Purchaser shall promptly, on written request from Seller, execute and deliver such documents as may be required to cause the Title Company to pay such sums to Seller.

Return of Payments. If such sums are to be paid returned to Seller Purchaser in accordance with this Section 10.1(c), Purchaser Seller shall promptly, on written request from SellerPurchaser, execute and deliver such documents as may be required to cause the Title Company to pay return such sums to SellerPurchaser.
