Return of Product and Materials Supplied by Company. Except as needed subject to Section 15.4, upon the Termination Effective Date for whatever reason, Jabil shall immediately deliver to Company or its designee all Product, Specifications, Components, packaging materials and other materials purchased by or on behalf of Company and all other materials or supplies provided by Company. Jabil shall also deliver to Company or its designee all Product produced hereunder, and shall invoice Company in accordance with the terms of Section 7.1.
