Common use of Return of Property and Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Property and Confidential Information. a. Employee affirms that Employee has returned all of FFB’s property, documents, and/or any Confidential Information in Employee’s possession or control on or before Employee’s Severance Date, including but not limited to Employee’s FFB credit card(s), Employee’s FFB identification card, FFB branch or office keys, and all FFB files, books, documents and records (whether in paper or electronic form).
