Return of Property/No Improper Disclosure. Executive represents and warrants that Executive has returned all Company property as of the date Executive signs this Release. Executive represents and warrants that Executive has not disclosed any Confidential Information (as defined in the Employment Agreement) except as specifically authorized in the performance of Executive's duties for Company or as otherwise permitted in the Employment Agreement.
