Common use of Return of Property & Uniform Clause in Contracts

Return of Property & Uniform. 34.2.1 Upon the cessation of the Employee’s employment by Xxxxxxxxx for any reason, the Employee must immediately return all property belonging to Xxxxxxxxx; including keys, Company manuals, documentation, phones and any information relating to Xxxxxxxxx. The Employee must destroy any records of any information relating to Xxxxxxxxx which is unable to be returned to Xxxxxxxxx immediately. 34.2.2 The Employee’s final payment of wages and entitlements may be delayed until the Employee has returned all Company property, equipment and uniforms in accordance with this Agreement. Xxxxxxxxx may deduct the replacement costs of any such equipment that is not returned by the Employee from the Employee’s final payment of wages and entitlements.
