Return of Proprietary Information and Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will deliver to the Company all Proprietary Information and any equipment, supplies, facilities and other tangible property owned, leased or contracted for by the Company which property is in Executive’s possession as of the date of such termination.
