Common use of Return of Proprietary Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Proprietary Information. Employee acknowledges that as a result of Employee's employment with the Company, Employee may come into the possession and control of Proprietary Information, such as proprietary documents, drawings, specifications, manuals, notes, computer programs, or other proprietary material.
