Common use of Return of Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Return of Purchase Price. If a Wet Mortgage Loan subject to a Transaction is not closed on the same day on which the Purchase Price was funded, Seller shall immediately return, or cause to be immediately returned, the Purchase Price to Buyer by wire transfer in accordance with Buyer’s wire instructions set forth on Exhibit A. Further, Seller shall pay Buyer all fees and any Price Differential thereon immediately upon notification from Buyer; provided, however, that Price Differential shall continue to accrue until the Purchase Price is returned to Buyer.
