Return of Purchaser’s Documents Sample Clauses

The 'Return of Purchaser’s Documents' clause requires the purchaser to return any documents, materials, or information received from the seller, typically upon termination or completion of the agreement. In practice, this means that if the deal does not go through or once the transaction is finalized, the purchaser must promptly give back all confidential or proprietary documents provided by the seller, such as contracts, technical specifications, or business records. This clause serves to protect the seller’s sensitive information and ensures that proprietary materials are not retained or misused by the purchaser after the business relationship ends.
