Common use of Return of PV System Clause in Contracts

Return of PV System. If at the end of a Term, or an Extension of Term pursuant to Section 10.3.1, Customer does not exercise any of the options described in Sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2, Provider shall remove all of its tangible property comprising the PV System from the Site by a mutually convenient date but in no case later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the Expiration Date with respect to the PV System. The cost to remove the PV System shall be borne by the Provider. The portion of the Site on which the PV System was installed shall be returned to its original condition, except for ordinary wear and tear, and Provider shall leave the portion of the Site on which the System was installed in neat and clean order.
