Return of Resources. The Covered Entity will return all Resources upon completion of the response or earlier as required under this Agreement (i.e., upon an Event of Default or other termination). If the Covered Entity does not return any Resource when required, MSRC may demand and take immediate lawful possession of the Resource by any lawful means, wherever it may be found, even if it is not in the Covered Entity's possession.
