Common use of Return of UGSI Property Clause in Contracts

Return of UGSI Property. Upon termination of Executive's employment, Executive will promptly return to UGSI any UGSI hardware or software in Executive's possession or control, and all documents, information and materials of any nature pertaining to Executive's work with UGSI, or relating to the business of UGSI. Furthermore, Executive will not take any software, documents or materials or copies thereof containing Confidential Information or Innovations.
