Return of Unclaimed Funds. Any cash provided to the Exchange ------------------------- Agent pursuant to this Section 2.10 and not exchanged for Certificates within six months after the Effective Time will be returned by the Exchange Agent to the Surviving Corporation, which thereafter will act as Exchange Agent.
