Common use of Return to Processor Clause in Contracts

Return to Processor. All promotional materials, advertising displays, emblems, Sales Drafts, credit memoranda and other forms supplied to You by Processor and/or Bank and not purchased by You or consumed in use will remain the property of Processor and will be immediately returned to Processor upon termination of this Agreement. You will be fully and solely liable for any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, and losses suffered or incurred by Processor or Bank arising out of or relating to your failure to return or destroy such materials following termination.
