Common use of Return to Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Return to Service Provider. All promotional materials, advertising displays, signage, emblems, Sales Draft forms, credit memoranda and other forms supplied to Merchant and not purchased by Merchant or consumed in use will remain the property of Service Provider and will be immediately returned to Service Provider upon termination of this Agreement. Merchant is fully liable for all loss, cost, and expense suffered or incurred by Service Provider arising out of the failure to return or destroy such materials following termination.
