Return, Transfer and Removal of Assets. 3.3.4.1 Contractor shall return to County all County assets in Contractor’s possession, pursuant to Paragraph 2.4 of the Agreement. 3.3.4.2 County shall be entitled to purchase at net book value those Contractor assets used for the provision of Disentangled Services to or for County, other than those assets expressly identified by the Parties as not being subject to this provision. Contractor shall promptly remove from County’s premises, or the site of the work being performed by Contractor for County, any Contractor assets that County, or its designee, chooses not to purchase under this provision.
