Returned Checks. In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Transfer Agent or its agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the relevant Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued as a result of such check or order; and (iii) take such actions as Transfer Agent may from time to time deem appropriate.
Returned Checks. In the event that a check intended as payment for Rent is dishonoured for whatever reason, the same shall be considered as Late Rent with the late fee being payable on the same.
Returned Checks. In the event that any payment by Tenant is returned for insufficient funds ("NSF") or if Tenant stops payment, Tenant will pay $ to Landlord for each such check, plus late Rent penalties, as described above, until Landlord has received payment.
Returned Checks. In the event that any payment by Sublessee is returned for insufficient funds ("NSF") or if Sublessee stops payment, Sublessee will pay $ to Sublessor for each such returned check, plus late Rent penalties, as described above, until Sublessor has received payment.
Returned Checks. In the event of a returned check, MANAGEMENT shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to require RESIDENT to pay the late monthly installment of rent and all future rent installments and charges by money order, cashiers check or certified funds.
Returned Checks. For any Settlement Check returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable (including, but not limited to, when the intended recipient is no longer located at the address), the Settlement Administrator shall make reasonable efforts to locate a valid address and resend the Settlement Payment within thirty (30) days after the check is returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable. In attempting to locate a valid address, the Settlement Administrator is authorized to send an e-mail and/or place a telephone call to that Participating Settlement Class Member to obtain updated address information. Any replacement Settlement Checks issued to Participating Settlement Class Members shall remain valid and negotiable for sixty (60) days from the date of their issuance and may thereafter automatically be canceled if not cashed by the Participating Settlement Class Members within that time.
Returned Checks. 3.01 In the event that any check or other order for the transfer of money is returned unpaid for any reason, the Bank will take such steps as the Bank may, in its discretion, deem appropriate to protect the Company from financial loss or as the Company or its designee may instruct. Provided that the standard procedures, as agreed upon from time to time, between the Company and the Bank, regarding purchases and redemptions of Shares, are adhered to by the Bank, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Fund as a result of returned or unpaid purchase or redemption transactions. Legal or other expenses incurred to collect amounts owed to a Fund as a consequence of returned or unpaid purchase or redemption transactions shall be an expense of that Fund.
Returned Checks. In the event that Countrywide is notified by the Trust's Custodian that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Countrywide will:
A. Give prompt notification to the Trust of the non-payment of said check;
B. In the absence of other instructions from the Trust, take such steps as may be necessary to redeem any shares purchased on the basis of such returned check and cause the proceeds of such redemption plus any dividends declared with respect to such shares to be credited to the account of the Trust and to request the Trust's Custodian to forward such returned check to the person who originally submitted the check; and
C. Notify the Trust of such actions and correct the Trust's records maintained by Countrywide pursuant to this Agreement.

In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Private Trust or its agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued as a result of such check or order; and (iii) take such actions as Private Trust may from time to time deem appropriate.
Returned Checks. In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, the Transfer Agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued or held on deposit as a result of such check or order; (iii) in the case of any Shareholder who has obtained redemption checks, place a stop payment order on the checking account on which such checks are issued; and (iv) take such other steps as the Transfer Agent may, in its discretion, deem appropriate or as the Fund or its designee may instruct.
