Common use of Returned Checks Clause in Contracts

Returned Checks. In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, the Transfer Agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued or held on deposit as a result of such check or order; (iii) in the case of any Shareholder who has obtained redemption checks, place a stop payment order on the checking account on which such checks are issued; and (iv) take such other steps as the Transfer Agent may, in its discretion, deem appropriate or as the Fund or its designee may instruct.

Returned Checks. In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, the Transfer Agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the Fund Trust or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued or held on deposit as a result of such check or order; (iii) in the case of any Shareholder who has obtained redemption checks, place a stop payment order on the checking account on which such checks are issued; and (iv) take such other steps as the Transfer Agent may, in its discretion, deem appropriate or as the Fund Trust or its designee may instruct.
