Common use of Returning Company Documents Clause in Contracts

Returning Company Documents. Employee agrees that, at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee will deliver to the Company (and will not keep in Employee’s possession, copy, reproduce, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed by Employee pursuant to Employee’s employment with the Company or otherwise belonging to the Company, its successors or assigns. Employee further agrees that any property situated on the Company’s premises or on the Company’s computers or servers, including disks and other storage media, email, and filing cabinets and other work areas, is subject to inspection by Company personnel at any time with or without notice.
