Returning Confidential Information. 11.1 At any time, and in the event that the Agreement is terminated for any reason whatsoever, upon the Disclosing Party’s request, the Receiving Party shall promptly return all the Confidential Information provided by the Disclosing Party under this Confidentiality Agreement, including all written materials, photographs, models, samples, compounds, and any other Information made available, including data and documents developed independently by the Receiving Party based on the Confidential Information such as, for example, analyses, compositions, studies, methods, designs, layouts, etc..
