If you return something that you purchased with your My RewardsTM Debit Card, the statement credit you receive in your Program eligible checking account will cause a corresponding deduction of Points from your Program account. Exchanges of Rewards merchandise obtained by the redemption of Points will be made upon the following terms and conditions: (a) For products which are damaged upon receipt by the Participant, the Participant may (a) contact member services for the Program for assistance, or (b) mail the product to the address specified by us on the return form enclosed with the product delivery or specified on this website and encloses a notation indicating the problem with the product.
