Common use of Returns of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Returns of Capital Contributions. Any portion of distributions made by the Company to the Common Unitholders during the Investment Period which represents a return of such Common Unitholders’ capital contributions to the Company, as determined by the Board (each such amount, “Returned Capital”), shall increase the Common Unitholders’ Undrawn Commitments and may be drawn down by the Company as provided in this Agreement.
