Returns of Contributions Nonrecourse to Members. Each Member will look solely to the assets of the Series for the return of any contribution to the capital of the Series, and if the assets of the Series remaining after satisfaction (whether by payment or reasonable provision for payment) of the debts, liabilities, obligations and expenses of the Series are insufficient to return such capital contribution, each Member will have no recourse against the Series, the Manager or any other Member, except as otherwise provided by law.
Returns of Contributions Nonrecourse to Members. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, upon dissolution of the Company, each Member shall look solely to the assets of the Company for the return of its Capital Contributions made to the Company, and if the assets of the Company remaining after satisfaction (whether by payment or reasonable provision for payment) of the debts, liabilities and obligations of the Company are insufficient to return such Capital Contributions, such Members shall have no recourse against the Company or any Member, except as otherwise provided by law.
