Returns of Contributions Nonrecourse to Other Members. Except as otherwise provided by applicable laws, upon termination of a Series, the Series Member shall look solely to the assets of such Series for the return of their Capital Contributions to such Series, and if the assets of such Series remaining after payment of or due provision for the debts and liabilities of the Company with respect to such Series are insufficient to return such Capital Contributions, such Series Members shall have no recourse against any other Series, the Company or any other Series Member, except as otherwise provided by law.
