Common use of Reutilization Clause in Contracts

Reutilization. Government property that has had no activity should be reviewed annually by Seller and Buyer personnel to determine whether reutilization is possible. The Buyer should work in concert with the Seller to ensure that the Program Offices have sufficient time to determine use inside or outside the organization. Government property is not to be stored, retained, or held by the Seller without proper authority from the Buyer or as specified by contract.
