Revaluation of Capital Accounts Upon Occurrence of Certain Events. In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, if money or property in other than a de minimis amount is contributed to the Company, or distributed by the Company to a Member, the Capital Accounts of the Members and carrying values of all the Company’s property may be adjusted to reflect the fair market value of the company property on the date of adjustment, as set forth in the Regulations.
