REVAMP CABINET. The Contractor shall wire brush and paint the entire cabinet including door and hinges after removing all equipment. He shall also oil the hinges. The Contractor shall make sure that service is not cut overnight during revamping of cabinet. If #2 bare thinned copper cable from neutral bus to buried ground rod is missing, the Contractor shall furnish and install new #2 cable as part of item.
