Revenue Attainment Clause Samples
Revenue Attainment. Company shall pay Employee a cash bonus if the Company realizes certain gross revenue attainment during the term of each full fiscal year. The cash bonus may be based upon the following schedule: Cumulative Revenue Attainment Cash Bonus ------------------ ---------- $ 5,000,000 $ 5,000 $ 15,000,000 $ 10,000 $ 25,000,000 $ 15,000 The foregoing schedule shall apply in respect of the first year of employment ending December 31, 2007 for the preceding twelve (12) month period beginning January 1, 2007. The revenue attainment levels set forth in the foregoing schedule shall be increased annually by twenty-five (25%) percent per annum for each subsequent twelve (12) month period during the term of this Agreement.
