Common use of Revenue Bonus Clause in Contracts

Revenue Bonus. On April 1st of 2009 and each year of the agreement thereafter Xxxxxxxx will be entitled to a bonus equal to 25-100% of his past year salary earned. Amount of bonus to be determined by the Board of Directors and payable in cash or S-8 registered shares at the company’s option.
