Revenue Commitments. SBC shall make guaranteed payments to Covad in the total amount of Six Hundred Million Dollars ($600,000,000.00) arising from the sale of Covad Products over the Term of the Agreement (the "Total Revenue Commitment"), in accordance with the following payment schedule for each Commitment Year, subject to calculation and adjustment as provided in this Agreement:

Revenue Commitments. The discounts in Section 5 are based on a Minimum Annual Revenue Commitment ("MARC") under this Attachment.
