Revenue Fund. Subject to Section 6.03, all money in the Revenue Fund shall be set aside by the Trustee in the following respective special accounts or funds within the Revenue Fund (each of which is hereby created and each of which the Trustee hereby covenants and agrees to cause to be maintained) in the following order of priority: (1) Interest Account, and (2) Principal Account. All money in each of such accounts shall be held in trust by the Trustee and shall be applied, used and withdrawn only for the purposes hereinafter authorized in this Section. On each Principal Payment Date, following payment of principal of and interest on the Bonds, any excess amount on deposit in the Revenue Fund shall be transferred to the Reserve Fund to the extent necessary to increase the amount therein to the Reserve Fund Requirement for all Bonds that have a Reserve Fund Requirement and any excess shall be returned to the County as an excess payment of Base Rental Payments.
