Common use of Revenue Interest Clause in Contracts

Revenue Interest. Commencing on 01 June 2024 (the “Commencement Date”) and continuing thereafter until all amounts due and payable in accordance with Section 3.1 are repaid (the “Pay-out Period”), AREB shall pay to Bxxxxx Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) per calendar month from the monthly Collected Revenue, with the first payment to be paid on or before the 05 July 2024, and continuing thereafter on or before the fifth day of each succeeding month during the Pay-out Period. However, no such payment shall be due for the month in which the last payment of the Repurchase Price is tendered hereunder.
