Revenues from Ground Leases. The ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate income of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries from properties leased by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (as lessees) under ground leases for any fiscal quarter ending during the term of this Agreement to (ii) Gross Lease Revenues for such fiscal quarter, to exceed 7.50%.
