Review and Assembly of Bid Documents. The CM shall review the District’s standard forms of bid and contract documents to prepare Bid and Contract Documents for each Assigned Project. The CM shall revise the District’s standard form of bid and contract documents to incorporate specific needs or requirements of the Assigned Project and submit the same to the District for review and acceptance. The CM shall modify the bid and/or contract documents for an Assigned Project as necessary to obtain the District’s acceptance of the entirety of the bid and contract documents for an Assigned Project.
