REVIEW AND AUDIT OF COMPLIANCE. Pix4D shall provide You with all information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations under this DPA and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by You or an independent auditor appointed by You to verify Pix4D's compliance with its obligations under this DPA, subject to customary confidentiality covenants. Additionally, Pix4D may provide You, free-of-charge, unsolicited or upon request, with any audit report prepared by Pix4D's auditor confirming Pix4D's compliance with this DPA.
