REVIEW AND EXECUTION. This is a legal, binding document. Company has been afforded the right to seek legal counsel and review this Contract and the terms set forth herein. By executing this Contract, Company acknowledges and understands the terms and conditions outlined herein and affirms Company’s assent to the contents of this Contract.

ACCORDINGLY, ANY RULE OF LAW OR ANY LEGAL DECISION THAT WOULD REQUIRE INTERPRETATION OF ANY CLAIMED AMBIGUITY IN THIS AGREEMENT AGAINST THE PARTY THAT DRAFTED IT HAS NO APPLICATION AND IS EXPRESSLY WAIVED.
