Common use of Review Cycles Clause in Contracts

Review Cycles. A/E’s Professional Services Schedule shall incorporate standard design milestone review cycles and shall include for each cycle the following: (i) Submittal of Deliverables; (ii) Initial review by Project Team [Owner, if not a CMR delivery]; (iii) review meeting to receive and discuss review comments; (iv) Provide comprehensive list of comments to the Project Team; and (v) resolution of comments, where documented resolution of all comments to the Project Team is provided as certification to TFC that all comments have been reviewed and resolved in accordance with the Standard of Care. Following TFC’s acceptance of the A/E resolution of comments document, TFC shall issue a formal Notice of Authorization to A/E with a copy to the Project Team members so that A/E may proceed to the next design phase within three (3) Days of the certification, or the first weekday thereafter.
