Review of Allocations. Xxxxxxx shall have the right to review the accuracy, but not the methodology, of any allocation made under this Section 2.02(c). Xxxxxxx shall notify Dover of any disagreement within forty-five (45) days of being notified of any allocation. Any dispute shall be resolved pursuant to the procedures provided by this Agreement.
