Common use of Review of Milestone Reports Clause in Contracts

Review of Milestone Reports. Where the Recipient is required to provide a Milestone Report under item 3.1 of Schedule 1, unless otherwise specified by the Department, the Recipient must provide to the Department a report for the benefit of the Department from a Milestone Reviewer, confirming that, in the Milestone Reviewer’s opinion, the relevant Milestone has been achieved.
