Common use of Review of Mortgage Files Clause in Contracts

Review of Mortgage Files. (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt of a Mortgage File for each Mortgage Loan listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule").

Review of Mortgage Files. (a1) On or prior to the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt (subject to any exceptions noted therein) of a Mortgage File for each of the Mortgage Loan Loans listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "“Mortgage Loan Schedule"”).

Review of Mortgage Files. (a1) On or prior to the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt (subject to any exceptions noted therein) of a Mortgage File for each of the Mortgage Loan Loans listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "A Mortgage Loan Schedule"Schedule@).

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Custodian shall deliver to the Depositor, the Master Servicer and the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt (subject to any exceptions noted therein) of a Mortgage File for each of the Mortgage Loan listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule")Loans.

Review of Mortgage Files. (a) [If not previously delivered by the Trustee] On or prior to the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Trust, Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as of Exhibit One C-1 to the Trust, Pooling and Servicing Agreement evidencing receipt (subject to any exceptions noted therein) of a Mortgage File for each of the Mortgage Loan Loans listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule").

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Custodian shall deliver to the Depositor and the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt (subject to any exceptions noted therein) of a Mortgage File for each of the Mortgage Loan Loans listed on the Schedule 1 attached hereto (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule").

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Custodian shall deliver to the Sponsor and the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt (subject to any exceptions noted therein) of a Mortgage File for each of the Mortgage Loan Loans listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "“Mortgage Loan Schedule"”).

(a) On or prior to the Closing Delivery Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee an Initial Certification in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One A evidencing receipt of a Mortgage File for each Mortgage Loan listed on the Schedule attached hereto (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule").

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Custodian shall deliver to the Trustee an Initial Certification for each series in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit One evidencing receipt of a Mortgage File for each Mortgage Loan listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule")hereto.
